Thank you to the representatives of Genivar and MTO who presented the Access Review Proposals at an open meeting on Wednesday, October 7th, 2009.  Council was told that the Genivar representatives would be back in February 2010 to present their selection.  We have not heard from the group or from MTO and we anxiously await any information regarding the proposed site of the Interchange.

A Closer Look

As one of Central Algoma's largest municipalities, this area offers its citizens and tourists access to all the conveniences found within the larger communities. Accessibility to several fresh water inland lakes together with the region's wooded areas, creates the opportunity for endless winter and summer activities. The beauty of this area is further enhanced by the existence of several species of wildlife. Collectively, these factors make the Township of Macdonald, Meredith and Aberdeen Additional an enjoyable place to live.
